As we approach “meet season” we thought it would be important to provide detailed instructions on signing up your swimmer for meets.
As a reminder we are an “opt-in” team, which means you need to declare to the coaching staff that you will be in attendance for each meet you intend to swim. We want all of our swimmer to participate in as many meets, and compete as much as possible with the ultimate goal to be competing in the SEISA Championship meet to close out our season. The final meet determines the champion for our recreational season.
How to opt-in
In order to opt in, you’ll need either parent’s email address that was used for registration and visit the Meet Sign-up tool. Once you’ve signed in you should see each athlete assigned to your account. Simply check the box for each meet you intend to participate in. There’s no save button, just check the box and it’s all set!
Below each meet you can also see the timeframe you have to register. This allows our coaching staff ample time to create line-ups. Once that deadline has passed you will not be able to register for a meet. If you realize you signed up and cannot go, please let the coaching staff or board member know as soon as possible.
If you have issues registering, please reach out to Coach McMullen so he can make the necessary adjustments.
