After the cancellation of the 2020 SEISA season, we were unsure what this season would be. We didn’t know how many swimmers would come out, our initial estimates were around 60-65 swimmers.  We didn’t know what COVID protocols would stand, or what we would need to do to keep our kids safe. Nor did we intend to come out bettering our 2019 season results.

However, we came back stronger with an overall team size of 101, set a number of team records, and finished in second place at the SEISA Championship. Full 2021 SEISA Championship Results.

The goals of this season were to get back to the water, continue the tradition of Batesville Swim Team and improve across the entire team. We accomplished all of these goals (and more), all in a four-week season.
