Swimmers must be opted in to swim meets (approximately 36 hours in advance). This allows our coaching staff to prepare line-ups and send entries to the appropriate personnel by the 24-hour due date.
To opt-in to a meet, simply go to our Meet Sign-up system and use the email you registered your athlete under. Passwords are not required at this time, but may be in the upcoming seasons.
Simply check the boxes for the meets you wish to attend. There is no save button checks are saved as soon as you check or uncheck it.

Why must I opt in?
In years past, we had opt-out procedures that made it difficult for coaches to know who would be attending in a timely manner. We had numerous no-shows even though athletes were registered for the meet. This allows you (as athlete and parent) to be more in control of the sign-up process.
Our coaches know that illness and injury can happen and will do our best to make adjustments on the fly but it’s easier to know ahead of time who’s in and who’s out by asking you to commit ahead of time.
